AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before use
• We make NO guarantee of accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You should never publish AI content without human review and modification
• AI analysis and insights are provided as general guidance, not professional advice

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it updated
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with Reddit's Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Not engage in spam, manipulation, or deceptive practices on Reddit
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse our Service
• Not share your account access with others

Account Security

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account
• You should immediately notify us of any suspected security breach

Limitation of Liability

We specifically disclaim all warranties including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or analysis
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Guarantees that the Service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Reddit Terms Compliance

Our Service analyzes publicly available Reddit data. You agree that:

• You will comply with Reddit's Terms of Service and API Terms
• You will respect Reddit's community guidelines and individual subreddit rules
• You understand that Reddit may change their policies at any time
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc.

Subscription and Billing

Payments:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time in a billing period
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period

Service Modifications and Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Your payment method fails or account is past due
• We discontinue the Service entirely
• Required by law or third-party requirements

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service modifications or termination.

Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Find It Dot! and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. However, AI-generated suggestions are provided without any warranty of originality or copyright status.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes while your subscription is active.

Data Privacy

We do NOT sell your personal data to any third parties.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find It Dot!, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including Reddit's terms
• Content you post or distribute using AI-generated suggestions

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
